Junes Cleaners gave me an incredibly fair price to clean my wedding dress and they got it back to me very quickly and did a great job. I had called many other dry cleaners in the area and Junes Cleaners gave me the best price quote and turn around time.

I bring my dress shirts and pants here when I need dry cleaning. June is the nicest lady ever and always does my clothes within a few days. I'm never in a rush. She also has hemmed some of my suits. I would recommend going here

June is a really nice soft spoken lady. The issue here is 6 days for a hem on a pair of pants seems excessively long. The price could be better too. However they are the only cleaners in Novato that always gets my order right so I'll keep coming back.

*Summary at the bottom*Where do I begin. I am starting a white collar internship and this is my first time dealing with going to the cleaners to get my shirts pressed. The lady was sweet and very nice when I went the first time to drop off 6 of my dress shirts. The prices are pretty high but at the time I did not have a choice as I needed the shirts for work ~2.45each for 4 machine press shirts and ~$6.50 each for 2 hand press because they didn't fit in the machine which totaled $22.80. The place opens around 9 and closes at 6 which is exactly when I am at work, which made it impossible for me to get the shirts until I was able to leave work early the following week. Then once I was finally able to get the shirts I notice that the machine pressed shirts had really bad wrinkles in the armpit area, but when I commented she simply said it was normal so I said ok and didn't make a big deal about it. The next day I was running late to work so I grabbed one of the "clean/pressed" shirts that I just got back without seeing if it was presentable. It wasn't. When I had returned home from work I noticed that the front pocket had wrinkles pressed into the fabric. I'm not sure if i'm explaining it correctly but the wrinkles were strait lines across the front of the pocket on the chest area which was really noticeable once I actually looked down. Upset, I inspected the other shirts only to find that the other three machine pressed shirts had the same deep wrinkles on the front chest area as well as the back shoulder area. The hand pressed shirts were perfectly fine. This is unacceptable, I understand that sometimes that might happen and go unnoticed but regardless I paid for a service that wasn't fulfilled. Immediately I went to Junes and calmly showed her. Before I was finished speaking, she told me that the wrinkles were normal and that all the shirts she presses had that. I told her that it was unacceptable since the entire purpose of going to the cleaners was to make sure my dress shirts were presentable and wrinkle free. She got upset and repeatedly told me that it was normal and that if I did not like the service I shouldn't do business with her. She also stated that if I wanted a good job, I should have paid $6.50 for all the shirts to have them hand pressed. At this point it was difficult to keep my cool, but if you want someone's attention and help you need to stay calm. After I calmly insisting that something needed to be done, she grabbed one of the shirts and used the hand iron to attempt to get the wrinkles out. There was another customer there waiting, so while she was working on the shirt I asked the lady ( Customer) if the wrinkles were acceptable and if I was being unreasonable because I like making sure i'm not out of line. She told me that it was definitely not acceptable to receive a shirt from the cleaners with deep pressed wrinkles on it and that when she had a similar experience at a different cleaners it was nearly impossible for her to get rid of the wrinkles. When June was finished she quickly brushed off the other shirts and said that it was normal and reiterated that if I didn't like the service I could go elsewhere. I briefly explained that it was unacceptable once again and left with my wrinkled shirts.*Summary*:-Overpriced in my opinion ( see 4th sentence above)-Service on shirts ( machine press ) is terrible or the machine operator (June?) is not good at job. -Customer service is terrible ( If you are in customer service know this. the customer is not always right, but in the end they are still a customer of the business) *She hesitantly attempted to make it right, but was defensive and irritated the entire time which made me and the other customer in the place uncomfortable. *When confronted, told me wrinkles are normal and if i didn't like it to pay for hand press or go elsewhere.-The acceptable standard for machine pressed shirts includes deep wrinkles that are pressed into the fabricShe seems like a nice lady, but that is no excuse for bad service or rude customer service.I hope this helps someone, and it is a shame it had to come to this but people need to know before spending this kind of money.
