they lost my shirts and offered no apologies or compensation. They made a half hearted effort to locate my items. I do not recommend using them.

Dropped 2 3-piece suits with them and 2 dress shirts. Got my suits back and not the shirts. I had only worn them each once.  I called and asked, they denied ever getting the shirts. So I asked them to check, because I dropped them off and paid $60 cash (not credit or check, cash) for cleaning. I expect to get all my items back.  I even waited a couple weeks for them to look. I stopped in the other day and asked about my missing items. Nothing. No apologies, no offers to compensate me for my lost property. Very unprofessional and I would discourage anybody from using this cleaner.  I am so mad, I even took the time to download Yelp and write this review.  I worked in customer service for many years and know that this so NOT how customers are treated, especially in a small business.
