Panay Way Marina-Capri

I have lived here for 8 months and absolutely love it. My apartment is quiet and peaceful with a great floor plan and view. The building is kept clean and I have found management staff to be awesome. Had a great experience with Natalie who coordinated my move in. Arsi has been extremely helpful with leasing details. Staff is very friendly, responsive and helpful. Really appreciate their support going above and beyond. Very happy living here.

This review is long overdue. I have lived at the Capri for several years and absolutely love it. The office staff is friendly and have always been attentive to any issues that come up. The building is in good condition and the maintenance staff are efficient, friendly and honest. If you are looking for an apartment in the marina you owe it to yourself to check out the Capri.

I really have had a great experience as a whole. I recommend this! The staff was very professional especially Mark. He has always gone out of his way to help every time I called the office. Always with a smile. They truly work together as a team and work hard to take care of the property and the people that rent here. I appreciate the quality and work ethic they bring in every area.

The building in general is in a bad shape. Someone should have a walkthrough at least 1x week and not wait for residents to report common area maintenance issues. The lightbulb in the swimming pool has been out for nearly a year now. Nobody seems to care or notice and it could create a safety hazard at night. As maintenance people come and go on a regular basis, including the rotation of community managers, there is no consistency in having a top notch apartment living experience. Hiring the right people for the job is a challenge but is a must if the goal is to retain tenants for the long run....
