Hello I just want to leave comments for Pedro the senior service technician he is the best every emergency I've had Pedro has service quickly and effectively he is always easy to talk to and never has a negative attitude I appreciate that he is always happy to help

Jefferson at Marina Del Rey is a GREAT place to call home.Very nice apartments, amenities and the management team very helpful.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! UDR management is terrible! They do nothing for the residents. They allowed airbnb so there is always people coming and go that do not care for the building. There is always party going on here. Not a family friendly place. Maintenance is great and that is the only thing good here and thats why Im giving 1 star! Thanks Pedro for being an amazing person and taking the building on your shoulders!!! To complete the complaints, fire alarm goes off all the time without a reason, there is no security on site, 24/7 emergency line never available to help. Homeless pooping and sleeping in the building is a common thing, the other day we had a homeless using the garden as his own toilet. Disgusting!

This place is horrible!!! Do not move here. UDR management is terrible and will never be available to help you when needed.
