The Villa at Marina Harbor

Galen, the leasing agent is great. He showed me around, answered all my questions and actually took time with me. I have been rushed around or done self guided visits to many other properties. Galen has been with the management a while which also gave me confidence that my new home takes pride in not only the building but in the residents. I'm excited to move in next week!

I recently moved into the villa and my wonderful leasing agent was Leanne! She made the process easy and often follows up with me to make sure I'm satisfied with my unit. I'm very happy with my new home!

I do not recommend living here. There are constant water issues, in fact theyre turning off the hot water again all day tomorrow. This is a consistent theme in the Villa. The water is turned off every month, often a few times a month. The management team here is idiotic, they do a terrible job managing the property. The pool and hot tub area is always dirty. Maintenance does a mediocre job responding to issues but is extremely slow in responding. Its almost always a bandaid with cutting corners. The sauna has been broken in the gym for several weeks. The gym equipment is not serviced and is often in need of repair. Its dusty and dirty in there too. The building is not secure at all, the freight elevator doors are often open. The handicapped parking spots are used by people who are not handicapped. The list goes on and on
