Victor did the work . We dealt with him since many times since we moved here six years age. He has been always competent professional and courteous.

Although the area is nice, we have encountered multiple serious issues since moving in a year and a half ago. For starters, cars frequently get broken into in the carport area and one of our neighbors two doors down got their front door kicked in and apartment broken into after being gone for only 30 minutes. Secondly, the upper management does not handle issues in a timely manner or seem to care to resolve them. Recently, we have had multiple serious issues with our apartment flooding due to negligent plumbing, causing over $900 of personal item damages, which does not account for the extremely inflated energy bill cost after maintenance left several large commercial-grade dryers in our apartment for days on end. The only resolution Marina Harbor came to was an offer for $150 off rent in correspondence with an NDA which I refused to sign. After following up multiple times that this was not sufficient for the damages I have not heard anything from Marina Harbor in over a month. For a one bedroom apartment that costs almost $4K youre better off looking at Harborside Marina where the apartments do not have popcorn ceilings and are equipped with A/C.

We took a tour on Saturday with Leanne Moore, one of the Leasing Agents at Marina Harbor. My wife and I want to thank her again for her warmth, courtesy and knowledge of the Villa and Waters Edge. She patiently answered all our questions and I hope she knows how much we appreciated that. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured in any way. Out of many tours we have taken recently, hers was one of the best.
