Yoga West

The space is spa like. The room is kept fresh smelling and clean unlike other hot yoga studios. They provide everything even yoga mat towels are a nice bonus so the mats are gross from prior people. The cold towels for the eyes at the end of class is a really great touch. My new fav studio.

I've been to a few different style yoga studios but ever since I've been to Ritual Hot Yoga, I became addicted. I've always liked hot yoga but it's a much different experience doing hot yoga in the dark and breathing to the beat of the music. At the very end, they put cold towels over your eyes as you lay there in shavasana position and you're just melting into the ground. By the end, you feel rejuvenated and refreshed. I literally just started attending but I'm hooked!

Yesterday, I have learned that yoga west will be closing its physical location. This news was very sad for me. Yoga West was a great place to be. Being there helped me many times to recoup, to relax, to rethink, to revision, to recover. There were many good teachers there. Many people from all over the world came there. It was a very UNIQUE PLACE. I will miss yoga west. Thank you to all people who worked there.

I'm not a huge yogi, but I love Ritual! It's a great balance of hot yoga and still challenging movements. For those who think yoga is too slow for them or not a good enough workout, Ritual will definitely change your mind.

I'm in love with this class, location and staff. It's super clean, everything you could need (towels, showers, hair ties, water bottles, matts, essential oils....everythinggggg) they have. In addition the environment is amazing, candlelit I CAN'T RAVE ENOUGHT ABOUT IT. Seriously. Great work out, good options for beginners and super advance, and the staff (girls) are amazing.
