This is an updated review. I wrote a 5-star review years ago because I had a different experience back then.
Now the clinic seems to have grown and I'm giving it 2-stars, the reason being that it's impossible to get ahold of them. Every single time I've called in the past few months, the phone is never answered. It will either put you on hold for HOURS and then hang up, or send you straight to voicemail. My dad witnessed this last year when I really needed medical support from Dr. Reid and he said it was absolutely ridiculous. In addition, over the past year I've only been able to get telephone appointments.
I've called numerous times over the past month regarding my referral and trying to request an appointment and have not been able to get through. My voicemails have not been returned. I even went on their website and they had numerous appointments available that you could request. I filled out the info to request one, and still have not heard back- the date is now passed.
Lastly, in one of my appointments, the PA offered to give me a referral to "fix my nose". Lol, I never mentioned any discomfort or insecurity about my nose at all, but she offered again even when I politely declined. I'll never forget that.
It was and could be a great practice, IF you could ever get through to the office.

Ive been a patient of Dr Reids for 5 years. She is very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Her office administration is organized and professional.
