Working with Armen has been truly life changing! Armen is a sweet soul who guides you to your body's wisdom, and is excellent at creating a space where you are welcome as you are. I have participated in a trip organized by Armen, and many of his yoga and meditation classes. Armen is a Gem, so happy to see him create his own space.

Somatic practices are powerful if only one can let their mind relax and trust the process. For this, a skillful teacher whos grounded in years of experience, makes all the difference. Armen brings to his craft a natural gift of teaching and a relatable and welcoming spirit that makes you feel at home. He has spent many years deepening his knowledge, learning from some of the most advanced teachers, and has cultivated his unique offering. Working with him, you know hes authentic and confident in walking alongside you on whatever journey has brought you to this practice. Hes a gem and this community is fortunate to have him. Not to mention, the beautiful space hes created pur joy :)

Armen really helped guide me through the module, I was kidna nervous at first to try Yoga but the space and Armen's guidance keeps me going back. I would recommend this space for noobs like me!
