First Choice Van Rentals

I made my reservation online and had a few bumps in the road to start with, but Ash came in and fixed it . His service and the Van is the best rental experience I have ever had. We got more for our rental money than any other company and the Van was super clean and nice to drive. I can highly recommend First Choice and Ash for your next rental.

NEVER rent any car/van from this place. I rented van for a trip about a month ago, and I was given a defective vehicle. When i was driving on the freeway the van kept drifting off to the side and I had to try my best to keep it from doing that. They put my family and my life at risk. When I called them there was no proper response from the company. Customer service said the owner would contact me, which never happened. I strongly recommend you NEVER rent any car/van from this place.

I was so lucky to find this company for the van rental, they didnt have any 12 passenger available for my dates but offered me a 15 passenger van for the same price, i booked it 2 days before my trip online and made the payment over the phone, i was flying to LAX when i landed the representative was already waiting for me at the parking lot at the airport, he was very kind, made me initial papers for the rental and gave me the keys for the van (no waiting at all) the van was pretty clean and fully stocked with drinks and candy, cellphone and wifi. On the return for the van i dropped off the van at the same place (airport parking) representative was waiting for me to hand out the key. I will definitely go with this company again for next trip.

I dont know how I found this website on google but I was lucky since It was before ThanksGiving and I was desperate and received "out of budget numbers" from other Van rentals, anyways I booked from these guys for a very fair price (good customer service ,I really liked the online live chat they have), got to LA from Vancouver, with my family of 4 and my sister in Law's of 5, The Van was ready for us when we got out of airport, right there !! I was tiered of 3 and half hour flight with 5 super energy kids!! and actually that felt nice, not waiting in car rental lines was nice, I signed papers in a minute or so while guys where putting their stuff in the Van, they guy was polite, The Van was good and clean, in good Shape and free phone was great, Free Navi was good too, overall it was a good and convenient experience , I dropped the Van in LAX in the way back, took me a minute to give the key to their rep, really recommend these guys,
