        I reserved 15ft truck 3 weeks prior. 2 day before move date, they said we don't have that but they can give me 10ft truck with a 5ft trailer. It's not the same capacity and won't fit everything. After I got upset, they found a 26ft truck with costs almost double. No discount, no apologies. I was forced to drive 26ft truck that's 60% full across state. The gas expense was high because this huge monster gets poor gas mileage. No, I do not recommend uhaul. Got totally wiped off.

        Rental 10 truck was falling apart. Depot maintenance needs to improve. The sun visor fell off, the air vent fell out, the lighting switch slipped into the dash board, and the tpms sensor was constantly on.
