Taking a star away because they always close earlier than what is listed online. For example, its 3:30pm on a Saturday and online it states they close at 4pm. I live across the street and they always do this and I think I can make it but theyve closed early again. Find it annoying.
Also taking a star away because one time instead of typing in my return address they typed in their address. So my package was shipped back to them instead of to my house. Then when I came to them saying my package was delivered to them, they said it wasnt there. I had to physically go behind their counter to identify my package and they did not have a helpful demeanor. Almost lost $10,000 of merchandise because of that lazy choice.
