      Mr. Bastidas,If you are going to leave a review, at least be honest about what transpired at the store. You arrived two minutes before we were about to close. Our driver was still collecting packages, so we had to leave our door open for him to finish collecting packages during our peak season. We could not give you a receipt for your drop off package because we have to close down our system for the day.Most businesses do not allow new customers to enter their store ten minutes prior to closing to prepare for the next day. You cannot go to a Best Buy, Target, or even a Victoria's Secret and expect to walk in, let alone a last minute purchase. My associate never told you to fly a kite either.Reconsider your actions before you blame others for your decisions.Joe, Store Manager at The UPS Store #6709
