I wanted someone who could explain questions about Insurance along with why there is such a difference in price between different providers. I did not want to call an Insurance provider only to reach a computer answering machine or an answering service that promises to have someone return my call. Finally, I have found Dwight responsive and the Insurance quoted prices are competitive. I have my Homeowner, Auto, Umbrella Policy, Personal Property, Medicare Supplement, and my wifes Personal Property policies with Dwight. This provides me a discount as I have multiple policies with Dwight. He is worth considering.

I have Dwight Matthews as my Insurance Agent for over 30 years.  I appreciate the personal relationship, trust, and respect that we share.  If I have a question or concern it is nice to get a real person locally that I can contact and converse with.  He is very knowledgeable and his team is courteous and efficient.  I have my home, automobile, and personal article policies with Dwight.  As others have noted, the combined price is competitive and Dwight always lets me know how to save $ on my Insurance Policy.

Talking to a person who is familiar with me and my policy in time of need is Very important.  I do not want to talk to a computer or a remote person.When I called because of fire damage, Dwight was there and knew of my homeowners policy and contacted people at corporate office who could help resolve my concerns.  Needless to say State Farm took care of everything.Dwight also does not pressure me on purchasing more policy.  He suggest policies for me to contemplate and then drops it.  No pressure.  I love that.His office people, Chris and Shiela, are always amiable.  I love talking to them as they know me and are always helpful.I have auto, homeowners, and article policies with him.  Trust and Respect are important to me and Dwight is an agent that embodies both of these characteristics.  I have dealt with Dwight for over 15 years.
