Hi, I'm Jeff Avery, a State Farm agent in Redding, CA, also serving my neighbors with insurance protection throughout Shasta County, including Anderson, Shasta Lake, Palo Cedro, Cottonwood, Happy Valley, Bella Vista, Shasta, Shingletown, Millville and Dunsmuir. I've been in the State Farm family for 36 years, with the first 15 of those spent working in claims and claims management. It gave me on-the-ground experience helping people who had insurance claims, and I learned quickly about insurance products and plans that could help people get back on their feet. Becoming an agent seemed like a natural next step, since I felt driven to share my experience and help customers protect what matters most to them.My friendly, professional staff and I love talking to customers, and we go out of our way to make sure they feel valued and cared for.
