Frank Hughes Farmers Insurance

Despite many accommodations, including through a "family crisis," Frank treated us poorly. And that's an understatement. IDK, but I would think that there are perhaps a bazillion better insurance people than this person, and certainly a bazillion more who are better people.

I have been buying insurance for over 40 years and never before have I received such excellent service as I received from Frank and Nathan. They are very knowledgable, efficient and responsive. Nathan kept me informed every step of the way and explained insurance in a way that I could understand. He was able to find the right policies I needed for multiple properties in a timely manner and executed the transactions flawlessly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any type of insurance.
