They charged us 500$ to do are taxes! Thats crazy! And didnt let us now.

Worst place ever ! I paid over $500 to do my taxes they are so irresponsible and so unprofessional they don’t know how to do their job they didn’t make copies of what they needed to do now the irs is giving me a hard time ! I paid for the service and they couldn’t do one simple thing . They said their printer wasn’t working , i told them it’s okay I will come
Back and they are so desperate that they told me
No it’s fine so I ended up staying and finishing up the paper work . I called to let them know what they did wrong and the unprofessional manager got upset raised her voice like if I was the one that made the mistake ! I would give them 0 stars if possible don’t ever go to this place ! Bunch of unprofessional workers they obviously couldn’t find a job anywhere else !
