The very first time I filled with Liberty they messed my taxes up. I never even received a copy of my return until the following tax year. Said it was policy to give me my copy upon receiving my return. Which I also didn't receive until the following year because I was audited and I had to clear on my own with no assistance from liberty all the info I received in regards to what was submitted came directly from IRS not Liberty. I had to have a tax advocate to correspond with IRS to release my return. Which was a extra fee.and Liberty was still paid somehow.

If you haven't filed your tax, I suggest you should file it somewhere else. Liberty Tax service is bullshit, and they will lie to you about how much of their fee's that will be taken out of your refund and came to find out that took a lot more than what they told you when you pick up your refund. They took out more the $200 and more than their regular fee's that they tell you on your filling day. And when they send it to their Cooperate Office, they will take out more from there. DO NOT FILE YOUR TAX HERE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT.
