I would like to express my gratitude for this facility. Staff are competent, and have quality, and unique plans for providing health care plan to their patients. They are approachable and hospitable. In the facility, they have a clean and comfortable room. Overall, I would highly recommend Glen Park Senior Living in Long beach. Because they value their patient and take good care of their patient like their own family.

This place is very pleasant. They were very professional and caring to my family member as well as my family. I believe they provide much needed care to those that can't take care of themselves. I would certainly trust them to take care of loved ones in the future

It really saddens me the way the residents are treated. Along with staff. The administrators switch schedules of everyone except for theyre own and theyre close friends. Without any regards to people needing a job to feed theyre family. Onika, one of the newer admin is extremely rude to everyone staff and residents. If she even talks to residents at all. Karla works at the front the front desk shes very rude, never shows up to work on time and never faces discrhsiplinary action but everyone else is punished. They literally pick and choose who gets disciplinary action and who can do as they please. And yes, housekeeping serves food! So theres constant contamination. They have a roach infestation. A resident with dementia was wondering around outside her room she wasnt being watched she tripped and fell over a employees cart and was sent to the hospital where she then died. No one at Glen park notified her family as to the possible cause of death. Residents are not changed often at all most of the time they are sitting in soaking wet diapers wet sheets and clothes. Sometimes the residents have been sitting in there own feces for so long it has to be scrubbed off of them. I dont know how this place is still open for business.
