The visit today was awesome! As every visit, pleased with the staff and the Rules that are set for visitors. Very pleased with the cleanliness and the order in which the facility day to day operation is carried out.

Do not go here. Staff give sub par care. Shower rooms have feces all over the shower chairs and mats and staff never clean. The nurses r supposed to name each med they give to patients and what they r for but refuse, they r to open up meds in front of patients but don't, don't provide vital medicine on time, has a drug abuser nurse on pm shift, They chain the doors at night which is illegal, they have stolen opiods from patients, etc. As a RN who has worked for the state that oversees these facilities DO NOT go here!!!!
They have have changed their name numerous times dt lawsuits.

LBPA is one of the nicest, cleanest, well run facility that I've been too. Lots of group activities and extra care from the staff. Highly recommended.
