I have found that if you communicate with the management, they will listen and take action to make changes! On a big positive note, the Director of Activities, Alicia has the heart of love, she LOVES her job & all of the people around her!! She has been there 32 years which is a true testimonial.

This facility is absolutely amazing! The leaders here are truly exceptional. When my mom expressed her desire to leave, and my dad wanted to accompany her, the staff immediately sprang into action, acknowledging the possibility of my mother completing her treatment sooner than anticipated. Monica, with her soothing and caring demeanor, spoke to my mom and brought her immense comfort. Thanks to her attentive and compassionate nature, my mom was saved from a potential mishap at the door. A heartfelt thank you to Tracy and Wayne for promptly assisting my mom back to therapy. I am immensely grateful for Monica's unwavering dedication as she visits my mom every day..

My 94yr mother was transferred here for rehab following hip surgery. I noticed from week to week the level of care decline. She developed bed sores and no physical therapy. Not acceptable. We took her home. She cared for now with more concern & attention.

I called to schedule an appointment for next week and Derrick said he would be too busy to meet me today and next week. I was surprised to be turned away and directed to look online for pictures and saw the negative reviews. I am disappointed that I wasn't offered a date to tour. Hmmmm.... Maybe the reviews are more accurate than I wanted to believe.
