People at Villa serena are amazing! specially Michelle(social worker) she knows her residents in and out. residents comes back to us looking very well and healthy. Thank you everyone!

I have been very impressed with the staff and facilities at Villa Serena. My brother is there now. The communication with Michelle, the social worker, and the nursing staff has been superior. I have had experience with several other rehab centers and this one is the best.

DON super rude and also I the rna who sits all shift , very small nursing home no real maintenance, after Covid and all the money gave these nursing homes its sad .

I am the administrator at a local retirement home and we have had several residents go here for additional medical care and rehabilitation.  All of the staff here are caring and go above and beyond for their patients.  The social worker, Michelle, is so caring and often follows up with discharged patients for months after they have discharged from their care.  I highly recommend Villa Serena Healthcare if you or a family member should need additional medical care and/or rehabilitation after discharging from a hospital.

Rude DON , isn't professional and also treated her CNAs wrongfully , I'm not sure if it was because of my skin color but she was extremely rude and ignorant, they should use some of the Covid money the government gave them so they can fix up the place old bed old everything also rna sits on her but all day ridiculous
