Scammers, I am a small appraisal company and they have refused to pay their appraisal bill. Chris Ortigoza has refused several request to pall an invoice they owe. Be careful doing business with them. I would not have any business dealings with them.

Don't use this company. I represent an appraisal firm that has NOT been paid by them. Phone calls, emails, with the invoice attached and NOTHING in response, over 4 months now. They took the money from the borrower but have NOT paid the appraiser for his work. My next step is to file with California's banking commission and have this firm investigated, and will take this lousy company to small claims court.

I had a very bad experience with this company. I am a real estate agent and My loan officer was Michael Saadati. I explained my client's financial situation to him and he said he talked to the underwriter and everything is ok. But he stopped answering the phone and text 2 days before closing. He only answered to email briefly that everything would be okay. They didn't answer until a day after closing. So, the seller backed from the deal and we had to increase the sale price by $3700 to get them back. Finally, I went with another Mortgage Company ( Instant Capital ) and they approved and closed the loan in 5 days. I don't know if it was the loan officer or the company but they were very unprofessional. it was a nightmare. I never use them again and I told all of my real estate colleagues to avoid this company.

Would give this company a minus if I could this is the worst company we've ever had the displeasure of working with after 2 mos of back and forth quotes the deal fell thru no thanks to Derek Torok his associates Brandon and David I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone I know.
