This was my first time doing something as major as a mortgage on line but after the first couple hiccups I found that this was not a bad experience at all. I found everyone that I dealt with to be friendly over the phone and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how the process worked. I would recommend this site to anyone who has the need of a mortgage lender.

I was a first time home buyer and found Magnolia Bank online. They helped me get prequalified and approved for a great 30 year fixed right over the phone. I closed with them in less than 30 days and Greg could not have been nicer. I will be using them for my next purchase for sure!
