Kristi was SUPER informative and responsive and this person is the only reason I am giving 4 stars. Our lender dropped the ball somewhere in the process and Kristi quickly picked it up and ran with it. She easily kept me in the loop and let me know what each step entailed.. Our loan officer and lender were pretty much MIA so having her expertise available meant the world to us. Thank you Kristi!
