The elderly couple that own this place provide kind customer service. Im happy they had The suv vehicle I wanted for my trip. The only issue I had was when I returned the vehicle I was told I would be charged $135 more for an extra day rental which is fair but that charge didnt happen until two months later. I was also given a call before the charge went through expressing that if I didnt make the payment they would be sending the balance to collections only to find out the reason my card wasnt charged was because the employee who checked me back in wrote the wrong card number...
Update: the rep was much nicer 2nd & 3rd time. I like this rental place a lot. Good prices. Nice owners.

This place has been great to me. Sergio has been super helpful to me numerous times as I have extended my rental a few times with ease.

Last minute undisclosed bs fees on top of fees and bs policies that they hide to take full advantage of you. Quite opposite of budget car rental.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
ATTENTION:
I have rented from this rental agency in the past and had pleasant experience as it is owned by an older immigrant couple. However, this Latino employee that works for them named Fernando was so unprofessional and simply rude! I rented a car from them for 1 month through Costco travel and I confirmed an intermediate which I did not get. And then the Nissan Sentra Fernando put me in had loud noises coming from the engine when I was driving it on the fwy on day 3 of the car rental. I called him and he attempted to put me in another rental car. I missed filling the tank by a few dollars and asked for a concession on the gas due to them putting me in a car with issues. Instead he became verbally aggressive and rude and cancelled my month rental. His level of unprofessionalism is unconscionable! Fernando needs to be FIRED!
