What can I say? After having my lenses done at my Optometrist, various labs as well as online services and either being overcharged or with low quality results I have finally found my happy place. Bill Valentine offers the highest level of service with reasonable pricing. He is a true professional and I am happy I found him! He has a great selection of one of a kind frames in his shop and he has a keen knowledge of his craft. I wish I could give 6 stars!!

Bill is a genuinely lovely person and he very quickly helped us out. We are visiting from the UK and my husband has lost his glasses. Within the day Bill has provided a new pair accurately matched to his prescription. Excellent service, really good value - and a pleasure to meet him.

Bill Valentine, is very professional and shows a genuine concern for his customers. If you have a unique or unusual condition or request he is more than qualified to work with you and make recommendations. My wife and I have used his services for many years and have always been very satisfied with his services and selections. His interest in his customers and their satisfaction would be hard to beat at a discount optical. His prices are fair and his selection of frames is extensive. Valentine Optical is old school eyecare, and I mean that in the very best sense. Bill himself provides the best customer service--he is warm and friendly and precise in his work. He also has vintage eyewear on display and midcentury tulip chairs--so a very cool aesthetic vibe but with reasonable pricing. And be sure to grab one of his business cards, which is another thoughtful detail that he provides--each function as pinhole glasses. You can take your glasses off and see perfectly clear thru the lasercut pinholes in the card:)
