Awesome service! I came in with my 93 year old mother to select some glasses. Giselle & Maria were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She was able to select glasses to fit her needs. I highly, highly recommend Americas Best contacts & eyeglasses!!! Thank you Giselle and Maria!!!!

Definitely The Best! I came in to see if there was anyway they could fix my glasses as all 3 pairs were broken! I had already been turned away from 2 other supposed glasses repair shops. No one wanted to try and fix them for meBut when I googled again I found Americas Best super close by so I thought one last try. I was greeted by Maria and her team who listened and offered to try to find replacement parts and fix at least one pair that afternoon- they were very busy and it was already 2 pmwell I returned a few hours later and all 3 had been repaired. This really shows that the staff cares about the customers. I was really impressed - the charge for the work I had done with recycled arms? $0.00 Needless to say I will be back for my new frames asap!!

I had an uncomfortable experience at this office today. I've been a long-time customer of America's Best however my experience was in Florida. This was my first time coming in California and I was initially excited when I saw they had opened here, but this visit left me disappointed. After getting my eye exam and prescription, I went to select glasses as part of the 2 pairs for $79.95 deal. However, the staff didn't mention during the exam that certain prescriptions might not qualify for this offer. When I expressed interest in large frames that were apart of the offer, I was repeatedly told and "warned" that the lenses might look "odd" on them due to my prescription and I should choose the smaller thin frames. This was confusing because why would larger lens fit smaller frames better, and it made me feel pressured to choose frames I didn't want. Eventually, I was offered a solution to "thin out" the lenses for $144, which felt like a push towards spending more money. I've never encountered such upselling tactics in my years of coming to this company. It's disappointing and feels like a scam, especially since I did my research and my prescription allows for both large and small frames according to online sources. I looked up a similar square frame on Zenni Optical and inputted my exact prescription that I received today and there is no problem with the prescription there and I was not warned of my lens being "odd" or too bulky for that frame. This indicates that I was being misled by your team. This experience has left me incredibly uncomfortable, now I don't know how my glasses will turn out, and I won't be returning after receiving my glasses.
