The employee Andrew, is extremely racist and have an attitude forcing to lose your mind, just like a corporate robot that is always looking to make the customer expend money and buy more. I recommend go to other store and TOTALLY AVOID THIS ONE, amazing that paying $400 / Month you cant receive good customer service from you local store.

I would like to thank Andrew and also to recommend him . He has such a good work ethic and a great customer service. He was able to help and recommended what was needed for the service of my phone. Very respectful and helpful in explaining and also very polite and patience with questions and clarification needed from me and my Father. And also very considerate that there were other customers who came in and he made sure that they will be help in a timely manner. I definitely recommend him as the go to guy. The BEST!!! These three guys who work here are the best, quick service, you can tell they know what they are doing, they are super friendly and helpful in a few words 5 stars are not enough to rate them, I would say that this AT&T store is the best in the area the Bay.

Dan the man. Extremely satisfied with my experience because of your District Manager Daniel at the Fremont , CA Osgood location. He was prompt, attentive, knowledgeable and so helpful. I left the store with exactly what I needed and more thanks to his superior customer service. I am not at all tech savvy and I appreciated his patience to explain things throughly to ensure my understanding. Thank you Dan :)

Made an appointment online but the rep said the appointment will not be honored as he is the only one and he asked us to wait as a regular walk-in. Took my business elsewhere.
