I have to say, Hassan is by far the most courageous staff member I have ever come across. While helping us with some phone issues, a woman entered the store pretending to be a customer and stole a laptop. Hassan acted immediately and chased after her, despite the fact that she managed to escape in a silver Honda car. Despite this setback, I truly believe that Hassan did everything he could to apprehend the thief. What impressed me even more was how quickly he regained his composure and updated the company on the situation before returning to serve us and another customer in a professional manner. Overall, I cannot recommend Hassan's services enough - he's an absolute asset to the company and deserves a five-star review for his bravery and quick thinking!

The AT&T sales representative Gabriel Grier was very helpful and very informative about any questions I had. He was very patient and very understanding.I see myself coming back to this store if I have any issues with my phone again and to refer friends and my family to go to this store. Thank you Gabriel
