        I thought Xfinity had the worst online & phone customer service (practically none as they never helped with anything) until I just interacted with the customer rep at this store today. This staff is the worst of all the customer service reps I had ever dealt with for so many years with Xfinity. This reassures me that I made the right decision to cancel all the services with them!

        DONT GET XFINITY CELL PHONE SERVICE! THEY LIE, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, YOUR PHONE, YOUR TIME. THE STORE IS POINTLESS THEYRE JUST THERE TO SELL YOU THINGS! CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN YOU CALL IS JUST ATROSEOUS! WE MIGHT HAVE TO FILE A LAW SUIT AT THIS POINT! SAVE YOURSELF HOURS LITERALLY HOURS OF YOUR TIME AND GO WITH ANY OTHER SERVICE!

        No signs for where to go or what the procedure or what line to be in, exasperated staff that act that my valid cancellation after being lied to by a salesman within 7 days was the cherry on top. Just go to the one in Oakland or Emeryville
