        Its been three weeks no one listening. We have 400 mbps and the actual speed we are getting is 14 or 15 mbps. Just because infinity we are so tired of it and disturbing.

        I had a internet problem. We bought our own modem. They said we have problem in our modem. They send tech to my house the tech didnt solve any problem we had the same issue. The tech said get a Xfinity modem. And then we bought new modem from Xfinity. We bought 400 mbps. But the speed we get is 16 or 17 mbps.We are still facing the same problem. No one is trying to solve my problem.

        On feb 6th I lost my phone while working. Its my business phone and my personal phone. Not good. I am mediately. Went to the Xfinity in Yuba City on harter parkway at 1:30pm I was exhausted, dirty not feeling well and doing this was the last thing I wanted to do. Emily was amazing. I would very much like to thank her for her professionalism and dealing with me. I was not rude, but I certainly wasnt the ideal customer. I did not want to be there and my nose was completely stuffed up!!! Thank you, EMILY!!!
