I KID YOU NOT I AM 42 YEARS OLD SO I HAVE BEEN USING BANKS SINCE I WAS 16 AND THIS IS THE ONLY INSTITUTION THAT HAS EVER REALLY WORKED WITH ME. I CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH HOW GRATEFUL AND APPRECIATIVE I AM OF NOT ONLY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THE EMPATHY SHOWN TO ME BY NOT JUST VICKY BUT THE ENTIRE STAFF AND THE ENTIRE MANAGERIAL STAFF. I am a medical doctor who has practiced in chino since the early eighties.  I have beenusing Pacific Western bank in, Chino, since then. While each of our experiences can bedifferent, I have been very pleased with my banking experience at Pacific Western. Thepersonal have always been professional, courteous and friendly over the thirty years I have had the pleasure of being a customer there,  I especially want to thank, Lillian, theoperations manger, for all the years she has  helped me keep my accounts in order,especially since I am always in a hurry, You should especially meet the, the operationsmanager, Vickie, who is has a great sense of humor, yet, most efficient at what she does.Lastly, I really have to thank, Jenny, who sits in front and always has a pleasant greetingwhen you first come in and is never so busy that she can't answer a question for you.Pacific Western bank in, Chino, creates a friendly and personal experience in contrastto other banks with 10-15 tellers behind floor to ceiling glass.  G.J.
