        At first we were hesitant to transact business at the Chino branch due to previous experience! However it was totally changed when the merger was established. The employees at this branch was very accommodating than before and they were very helpful to meet our needs.

        I used US Bank to purchase foreign currency. Everything went fine until I got an email saying the money wouldnt arrive in time for my trip! I went in to the branch immediately. Thelmas patient customer service is top notch! She worked to assist me. It took a while to manage. We had to interact with their 3rd party agency and invoice Anna and Brent to work it all out. When all was said and done, they were able to get the money delivered in time for my trip. I do feel this branch may be understaffed! They all work very hard to meet customer demand! Thanks!

        Horrible bank.. Employees are rude. Except for one. She's usually the teller on the far right.. These people are rude. Quick to shut you out and kick you out
