        I am grateful to the AVIS owner for providing me with a clean and nice car, allowing me to have a safe and pleasant trip. My parents who went with us were also very satisfied and happy because they were able to travel comfortably. If you need a rental car, I think you can have the same experience as me if you choose this place. I would like to say thank you so much again to the owner and staff.

Shahid and his employees went above and beyond to ensure that our rental experience was smooth and tailored to our needs. Not only did they provide us with a fantastic selection of vehicles to choose from, but they also took the time to understand our requirements and offered multiple solutions to fit our specific needs. Their kindness and willingness to accommodate us made our trip so much more enjoyable. It's rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail in customer service these days, but Shahid and his team truly excel in this regard. Renting a car can sometimes be a stressful experience, but thanks to the wonderful staff at Hertz in Chino Hills, it was a breeze.         The owner/manger of the AVIS Chino Hills (CA) location lacks basic customer service instincts, which is more of a nuisance. The bigger issue is he tried to pass off or hide a chipped window and let us drive off which a dirty, smelly car .. smelled like fish or similar ... BAD. Rent from another AVIS location.
