I think they need to work on their customer service skills . Pathetic phone system . Long hold times followed by hangups . Nice huh?
Perhaps too busy for their own good . Enough to discourage anyone from actually going in person to the dealership once they get a taste of the phone experience .
Then again that's about par for most dealerships isn't it?

They gave me a price of $643 with a $1000 down for car tgat I wanted it, ask them that I'm good with that I come the day after to close the deal ,I came back to get the car a new manager came out he said that yesterday they did a mistake the price should be $740 and $2000 down, they gave u a price for a different car which is a lie because I had took a picture of the deal that they had gave me.
