Save yourself the stress and dont buy a car from here. My husband and I bought a brand new 2024 Chevrolet Trax in November 2023, It is now April 2024 and there are continuous issues with the car. The service department is a joke. Upon calling to schedule a time to get my car looked at I was notified by a rude woman who didnt give me her name, care to listen to me or answer my questions, that if not on my warranty Ill be paying $200 to get it diagnosed. This car is five months old & is already having acceleration issues, glitched out screen, and leaks. They rarely answer the phone and customer service is always mediocre. There are lots of dealerships surrounding this one with staff that actually care to help buyers and solve issues, go to one of them.

I set up a appointment for today at 8:15am. And my wife tells me that they are having technical issues and will take 3 hours! And also at the end they didnt wash the car. They seem to be in a rush.
