I took a friend there and they completely misdiagnosed her. Said she had a bladder infection and was going to send her home with antibiotics. We decided instead to go to the ER because we did not think they correctly diagnosed the problem as the symptoms were not consistent with what we knew. Turned out the problem was something completely different and she ended up being hospitalized for 2 days. Had we followed this urgent care's advice, she would have gone home with useless antibiotics and gotten much worse. Also, there were NO other patients there, yet it still took FOUR hours before we left. They were very nice though.

Lizbeth at front desk gets my phone call and without even trying to understand what my need is says no, we dont do that here 3 times, I ask her to verify with a nurse and she puts me on hold for a second literally and comes back and states no. I was told by doctors that regular urgent cares do what I needed
