UrgentMED - Burbank

Everytime I come here i get the best care ever. No long wait and customer service over the top. I do recommend this urgent care.

I have had a very satisfied experience of being a patient here. The staff are all very professional and courteous at all times. My primary who has worked there for years, and I can't say enough about her ability to evaluate what my problem may be. She has always been very professional and I trust her completely. I walk in there feeling down, and she picks me right up so I leave with a smile on my face. She is very good at her job. She takes her time with her patients, and explains every detail as to what their medical issue may be, or is. I can't say enough about this location except I am very happy that I walked through that door years ago now. I know I will be taken care of. And that is very important.

Why the low rating: Unfortunately, sometimes things are too good to be true. I came here for a physical, although they take your papers immediately, they decided not to tell me they could not pass me or fill out my physical due to a health condition I have. My problem does not lay there, it lies in being there for less than 20 minutes and having to pay $50 for a service they were not able to provide me with. This is not standard, any issues that have raised in the past I was told immediately and was not made to pay. Really sad, at first glance the place was very clean and the MA was very friendly. Its clear why theyre so empty most of the time now.

My experience was very comfortable my first time being here . I was treated with care and they made me feel really safe being that I was a lil nervous. Great staff, excellent service and was treated like family by an employee she made me feel at home thank you guys so much

Wonderful caring staff! These guys are true professionals and reasonably priced compared to other providers in the area
