        The car I received had hail damage there was not a spot on the car that did not have a scratch or a dent in the transmission made a weird noise. The car also is not very clean when we picked it up.

        Update: Budget viewed my review and refunded the unwarranted charge. I appreciate that they righted their wrong.After I returned my vehicle with a full tank of gas, I was charged a fuel service charge of $18.99 + taxes and fees that amounted to $23.26 more than my agreed charges at time of reservation and upon checking out the car. I am 100% certain the gas tank was full as I filled it up 2 blocks away from the airport. This fuel charge is a fraudulent add-on, and now I have to spend my valuable time disputing this charge. This is completely unacceptable and I will never rent from budget again.

        First car broke down at an intersection. After finally getting a helpful volunteer to push our car out of the intersection and then getting a jump start from AAA, I was asked to return to the Burbank airport for a 'quick' exchange while my wife and 2 young children waited. I had 3 different budget employees direct me to wait in different locations for my exchange, only to finally be told to wait in the line behind customers waiting to get a new rental (as the 'exchange' line was not actually in operation despite previous instruction to go there). I called customer support and they offered to reduce 1 day rate from my rental for the inconvenience and poor service. My new vehicle did not have working air conditioning. When I received my final bill, I did not receive the reduced rate I had been promised, and was in fact charged extra for not returning the first broken vehicle with a full tank of gas.
