        Burbank AVIS: 14 people in line and only two Avis agents assisting people. And one was on the phone for 10-minutes doing something else. Inexcusable. Especially when other agencies had NO LINES. There was a time when AVIS was synonymous with quick check-ins and service. No today (4/2). Total time in line was 40 minutes.
