        I would suggest finding another bank to bank with, because of their racist ass branch manager and teller I will no longer bank with u s bank. When a customer has an issue you should do all you can to help them instead of lie to them an say they can't help you when the customer service rep over the phone says, the only person who can help is that manager .... worse bank I've banked with by far!
