**RACIAL PROFILING AT BOTW** Terrible experience as this location has reopened new teller's who are very friendly and understanding but upon walking inside to experience the new design and layout I was not greeted but glared at by an employee and Manager Jenifer L. Fraga who was also staring at me as I gave my personal information to the teller and speak about my finances it's really an experience I've never dealt with. Usually Bank Of The West treats us great and is always friendly at my local branch but this was the complete opposite. Will not be returning to this location as you shouldn't either we deserve to be treated fairly not like a criminal or a threat due to being a new face.

I have found everyone there to be very friendly. I have a variety of flavors in my family, and never had a bad experience. They know how to make you feel welcome, thanks!

manager there will lie to u and tell u something she's not even 100% sure of, she doesn't care it's not her money! why lie to a customer and say things they want to hear instead of saying the truth??? NEVER trust this branch ! take your money anywhere else

From the moment I walked through their doors, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel welcomed and valued. I recently had to come into Bank of the West to speak with a banker, and was immediately invited in by one of the tellers. She happened to be the branch manager, Jennifer F! I needed some papers signed for an application and couldn't believe that she was helping me from the teller stand! She was very friendly and helpful and even communicated with me via email and phone to get what I needed done completed. She then introduced me to David K. He is one of Bank of the West's business relations managers and I and I must say that my experience with him has also been absolutely outstanding. His professionalism, knowledge and followup has been exceptional, even when I couldn't keep track of things myself; David was on point in every regard. He is highly competent and genuinely interested in helping me with my banking needs. He took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and provided me with clear and concise information, ensuring that I fully understood all the options available to me. I also was introduced to his other boss Sean, who was very welcoming and supportive of my goals. In terms of physical facilities, Bank of the West Brea boasts a clean and well-maintained branch. The Brea office is brand new! The layout is organized and efficient, and I never had to wait in long lines or experience any delays during my visits. If you want a bank that gets your needs done, and treats you like a valued customer, Bank of the West is it!
