Very unprofessional staff little kids not trained to deal with customers, minimum wage kids need to be trained not to be rude and impolite , overpriced old dirty equipment stay away , I wouldn’t use this place again or recommend to no one , I had used a different spot around lake few years back and my experience was really good , owner manager get your kids trained .

We rented a pontoon for the day. Staff was very nice and accommodating the boat however was not great. Definitely on the older side. The biggest problem is we could barely get the boat to go 10mph with 5 people in it. We also rented a tube and the we were the slowest watercraft on the lake. The gas gauge showed 1/2 tank used before we ever made it around the lake 1 time. When we shared our concerns with the staff they said the gas gauges were unreliable. They also told us the boats are on the slower side. We have rented pontoons at other places and easily went 30-35 mph with 5 people on board. We won’t be renting here again. Disappointed.

The employees really made it for me. They were very friendly and accommodating. The boats (we did a pontoon/party boat) are on the older side, it seems, but worked okay.

By far the worst boat rental place ! We had made our reservation a day prior and they stated they charged us. I asked for a receipt and they decline. Which was strange!! Because those girls dont know how to do their job, i checked my bank statement no charge so my husband went to get his wallet while im waiting the girls had the audacity to talk about us, not in a good way. Very unprofessional. I called her out on it and she said sorry. Next time dont talk about your customer if you have nothing nice to say. Hope the owner sees this. DONT RENT FROM HERE. They suck
