        Unsafe and disgusting. We were given a very different sized vehicle then what we reserved, and the car was filthy. We paid for a car seat and they tried to give us a very broken infant car seat with the base missing for our baby. A string was tied to the car seat and a seat belt to "secure it". We had to demand a different car seat and were looked at like we were stupid. The 2nd car seat was filthy. We cleaned the car seat as best we could with multiple lysol wipes-the first 5 wipes became black/gray from the grime. I do not understand how anything they did was permissible. We were stuck with that car having paid for it ahead of time and the employees were very unhelpful.
