US Mail - Aliso Viejo Carrier Annex

This is why the USPS is DEAD !!!! You advertise to schedule package pickup. Which I did for 3:30pm which NEVER happened. I did get a printed note that stated at 7:04am the morning of the scheduled delivery. I think someone dropped by and stuck this in my mailbox, not the door. Certainly not the time that I received the conformation on. The paper indicated that a "reason" would be selected as to what/why my package was not picked up and nothing was selected. I tried calling the USPS customer service but the auto attendant had 50 options and in order to select one you needed deep knowledge of all their product service. So USPS loves their own ideas even thought the client may not understand them. So after 4 tries to find an option that does not point me back to the useless website I waited 70 minutes to speak to a human who could do nothing for me expect take a complaint. She did finally setup a new pickup for today. NOTHING YET. When I called my local annex, the phone range 25 times and abruptly hung up (ALISO VIEJO). I have called back now 6x and get the same response. RING RING RING...... abrupt hang up. ZERO REGARD FOR CUSTOMERS!!!! Another example of poooooooor government run business. #USPSSUCKS

I always have problems getting deliveries from this post office and they have lost 3 of my packages.Poorly run. poorly managed and its a shame that we cant get good delivery this day and age. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR JOBS or our items that are lost.

By far the WORST distribution center I have ever had the misfortune of living in the delivery route of. This is the only location where I have had packages delivered to people who are Not me and signed by people who are Not me. Tracking history shows that they're always lost at the point where the mail is out for delivery so it's absolutely this location that screws things up. If I can avoid having things sent to me through USPS I will just to avoid this distribution center.

THE WORST POST OFFICE!!! You are lucky if you even get your mail delivered to you! VERY POORLY MANAGED!! They don't care and on top of that have a flippant attitude to go along with it! A ROBOT COULD DO A BETTER JOB!! OOOOOO SUB ZERO STARS!!!!! HIRE NEW PEOPLE< TRAIN THEM ! OR GET ROBOTS TO DO THE WORK!! Often times the mail is delivered the next day!!! Or two days later! HIRE ROBOTS!!

We replaced 13 mailboxes in our community. Took like 6 calls and a personal appearance to get them to install the locks. Mail was supposed to held for 2 days. Ended up being a week. That was 4 months ago. They have still never came back to install the locks for the Small parcel boxes in each. First they said there were backed logged 2 months. Well its been 4, no follow up, no locks, no word. Absolutely horrible customer service.
