      image A remarkable establishment with exceptional staff. They provide a comprehensive range of UPS store services, including reasonably priced copying solutions and shredding. Unlike FedEx stores, they offer personalized assistance and guidance throughout the entire process. Mr. Vience, a particularly patient and helpful young gentleman, has been a great help. This establishment is highly recommended for Amazon-related services. Ample parking space is available for customers' convenience.

      image Tried to have my old phone shipped but the guy was rude. I showed him the Tmobile label, he said it had to printed. I told him that the other UPS store told me the label could be scanned but they didn't have the proper packaging so they told me to come to this location. Mind you, they have printing services at this location but he didn't mention that I could print the label there. He then said they have the packaging but it wouldn't be free and asked if I thought it would be free.
      I've been here before and haven't had a problem so that's why I gave 3 stars. But if that guy continues to work here, I won't be returning and they'll get 1 star.
      I left and went to another store, which was very helpful!
      Update: I spoke with the manager of the store, who was very nice. Thanks!

      Hi Deonna, sorry for your experience returning your T-mobile return. We cannot scan labels that are on the phone it must be printed. I'm sorry that the other UPS Store gave you the wrong information.       image Dont ship anything for pick up to this location even if UPS they charge you $10 to pick it up!

      Hi Doug, if you are not a mailbox holder or access point customer we do charge a pickup fee for processing and storage. You can sign up thru the UPS program (Access point) where you can send packages to these locations. If you need a safe place to send your packages to, you can also get a mailbox here.
