I had a delay with my package which was due to some issues from UPS according to the owner. I wrote an earlier review and the owner swung into action to do her best to see a resolution to the issue. I do acknowledge the genuineness of the owner in trying to resolve the issue.

Ok i have to share this, UPS burlingame team is awesome with special shout out to TED!! i sent my passport out with them on Sunday and got to know on Monday morning i need to travel for a personal emergency. I panicked and ran straight to store, Ted was so understanding and went out of the way to track down the passport and help me. Big big thank you Ted and the whole team :) great customer service.

Really like that this place is so convenient to. We got there in enough time that we were ahead of the line that was out the door when we left.
I had a few boxes but needed one box for all three boxes. The lady told me I was going to be charged a flat rate for them to box everything up. It was my first time returning items from this place. Shruti was kind, friendly and adjusted my charge.
This place is so close to home. Ill be using this location often and its nice knowing Im walking into a friendly, reasonable business.
