        I have no reason to rate lower than 5 star. They were quick to help, kind in manner, and endured a difficult same day job with my vehicle till finishing even tho it was hrs past close. They replaced rear upper control arm on my rusted 4x4 jeep.... they deserve a freaking medal honestly. Thought it'd be little less expensive but I DO NOT KNOW others prices and I really can't complain anyway bc it got completed same day with no hassle. I fully recommend for tires and more!

        From the first time To every time since I have been disappointed. When I first got my tires I had to have them roll my truck back into the shop 3 times before they got it right. I bought all the bells and whistles so I took my truck to get a rotation. It took for ever and they over tighten one of my lugs so when I had a flat I couldn’t get the lug off. Had to have it towed to them to fix it. They were going to charge me for a new lug but Said they would just give it to me. They took no responsibility. I have had 4 flats since getting my tires in April and they are Not “the quick change artist”. Each time has been over an hour even when they didn’t have anyone in front of me. I could have plugged it myself faster with my hand tools. The only reason I give them 1 star is because this last time I was there the guy at the counter was pleasant and he said sorry it took so long knowing it took way to long to do, with no other vehicles in front of me and at least 3 tech joking around in the corner of the shop. Needless to say I do not recommend Plaza Tire Service.
