Our A/C unit was broken so our first night was awful. However, we got a new room the next night. However, Crystle promised us a credit for the first night, which never showed up. When we called and asked why, she promised to get it. Now I hear from management she isn't even allowed to do this? And she claims she doesn't remember speaking with us? Luckily we have call logs. It's bad enough to have a broken AC unit and have to move rooms but to have an employee claim she never spoke with you? Ridiculous. Stay away.

Absolutely predictable hotel located outside of downtown Hot Springs. The staff was friendly and overworked. The room was clean and a bit spartan. The breakfast was eatable and boring.

Great place to stay for Ron Coleman Mines. A quick 25 minute drive. Laundry room available. Free full service breakfast.

Little disappointed for a Marriott.. stayed at this Towne Place Suites in Hot Springs Arkansas. Got into the room, which looked clean and then went into the bathroom. As you can see from the pic, the toilet and shower were totally dirty. Disappointing for paying over $250 a night. Don't know what was all over the wall by the light switch. Luckily, we always bring something with us to clean the bathroom. They do have a little snack place if you need drinks or snacks. Breakfast was okay. The eggs were really rubbery. I did like that they had vegetarian sausage. Haven't seen that before at other places, so kudos for that. Signed Gold member.
